Job Description



  • Six month contract
  • Job duties will include understanding the client PC and server/networking environments and the relationship between these technologies in a Microsoft environment, configuring and deploying client workstations following established procedures, troubleshooting and configuring the components within a Microsoft client and server operating system, learning and leveraging Microsoft System Center tools for asset control and operations management, learning how to support applications running in a Citrix environment, obtaining a solid understanding of client profiles and what is captured and deployed for an optimum client experience, learning and gaining an understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies, utilizing IT tools and providing problem resolution support for other IT teams, learning and applying IT processes and following procedures utilized in their job function to successfully deliver on assigned work, collaborating with IT peers and stakeholders/vendors to develop solutions and determine root cause, and communicating both in written and verbal formats the current status of active activities to key stakeholders
  • Diploma in Computer Systems or Degree in Computer Science required
