  • Part-time position
  • Essential functions will include managing administrative operations for the office, processing bi-weekly payroll, assisting in the development and execution of policies and procedures, entering reimbursable expenses into accounting software, compiling budgetary and accounting reports, assisting in the preparation of monthly invoices, processing payments to vendors in a timely fashion and printing cheques, providing administrative assistance to management, processing expense reports, overseeing record filing and archiving, providing scheduled reports, managing correspondence, database management, data entry, coordinating travel and planning special events, and assisting with ordering and inventory management
  • Office Administration, Accounting, or Business Diploma, or five years of related experience required
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures involving accounts payable/accounts receivable and monthly financial accruals expected
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork such as procedures, work requests, purchase orders, and reports is crucial
