($25.00-$29.00/hour)

 

  • Full-time role in Petrolia
  • Duties and responsibilities will include reading and interpreting drawings and schematics, understanding process documentation and customer specific requirements as they relate to the job function, providing support in troubleshooting and repairing to ensure quality and efficiencies within the department, identifying the root cause of equipment failures and following-up on the feasibility of modifications, demonstrating a sense of urgency in achieving results, performing preventative maintenance to defined schedules, ensuring all operator safety devices function properly on completion of repairs and installations, and maintaining a clean and safe workshop and production lines
  • Millwright Certificate of Qualification required
  • Lift Truck certification is an asset 
  • At least two years of basic electrical and machining (mills, laths, grinders) experience required
  • Must be able to use measuring instruments (micrometers, verniers, and calipers)
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, gear boxes, bearing, seals, and alignment of couplings required
  • Knowledge of rigging and welding expected
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts and overtime 
  • Experience using and programming PLCs is an asset
