The WorkPlace Group on behalf of a financial company in Sarnia, is recruiting for a Part Time Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a top level professional to assist with service to our clients. You have a proven strong background in customer service and people skills. You have a demonstrated track record of critical thinking and can work well under pressure. You are honest, trustworthy and understand confidentiality and compliance. 


  • Answer and direct incoming client inquiries
  • Follow up with clients to ensure the effective processing of new applications.
  • Answer client questions about the onboarding process in an engaging and "happy to help" manner.
  • Conduct timely follow up with clients and guide them in the transfer and funding process.
  • Ensure documentation is properly produced and shipped, with a detailed eye for quality control and presentation.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Products
  • Savvy with online marketing: Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and track multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • A professional and pleasant demeanor, both in person and on the phone and a client - centric mindset.
  • Able to provide a police check
  • Able to provide a credit check

Hours may vary.:  Monday & Friday 10 am – 4pm and some additional mid-week hours. Every other week to start.
