Job Description
  • Two opportunities for a three to four month contract
  • Job duties will include conducting morning safety talks with employees, brainstorming foreseeable concerns, ensuring all work plans meet site procedures and standards, assisting in implementing safety and loss prevention programs, monitoring the safety of onsite workers to determine vulnerability and communicating back to supervisors, identifying and making suggestions to remove unsafe or hazardous materials from job sites prior to each shift, checking workers to ensure they are wearing the right type of PPE before they begin their shifts, inspecting the workplace at the beginning of each day to make sure it is safe for operation, performing inspections of equipment and tools that workers will use during their shift, performing accident investigations to gauge measures that need to be taken to prevent them the next time, writing detailed reports of onsite accidents and inspections, conducting detailed safety audits on a periodic basis, educating workers about the company's safety policies and procedures they need to follow, inspecting safety-related complaints, communicating essential safety standards to workers, conducting safety training and orientation, and submitting comprehensive reports of each inspection undertaken
  • Must have previous related experience
