Project Coordinator



  • Full-time, Evaluation Hire position
  • Responsibilities will include assisting in directing projects from conception to completion, scheduling contract work related to renovations and existing facilities, organizing site inspections and ensuring compliance, assisting with the preparation of tender packages, preparing reports for the Project Manager, and analyzing and mitigating risks
  • Some travel throughout Southern Ontario is required
  • This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity within a large organization with room for advancement
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management or Project      Management required
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications is crucial
  • Knowledge of building codes, by-laws, and construction      regulations is critical
  • Must have a sound understanding of all facets of project management
  • Financial acumen and contract management experience an asset
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
