HR Business Partner


  • 16 month contract
  • This position will coach leaders on best practice application and integration of HR processes, support leadership teams with the execution of business initiatives by providing performance management and business priority setting, work with leaders to identify specific opportunities to enhance team and organizational effectiveness, work collaboratively with occupational health on complex disability management cases, participate on HR project initiatives that support the company's strategic direction, participate in the implementation of HR policies, carry out assigned tasks in support of process and program improvement projects, and understand applicable government legislation
  • Degree      in Commerce or Human Resource Management, with at least eight years of      related experience required
  • CHRP      designation an asset
  • Must      possess agility to effectively manage multiple priorities and adjust heavy      workload and changing priorities
  • Advanced      computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, and Business Objects) are required
